A unique and empowering initiative, Nashta Galli and Haat Bazaar, was inaugurated today in Vapi, offering Jain women a platform to showcase and sell their products free of cost. The event, conceptualized by Mrs. Mandakini Shah, National Ladies Wing Convener for Sadharmik Seva, aims to uplift and empower women entrepreneurs by providing them with a supportive environment to thrive.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Mrs. Devalben, Ex-Vice President of Vapi Nagarpalika, as the Chief Guest, along with prominent dignitaries including Mrs. Mandakini Shah, Mrs. Priyaa Dakle, National JBN BOC Convener, Mr. Siddharth Mehta, National JBN Referral Convener, Mr. Sandip Shah, Chief Secretary of JITO Vapi Chapter, and Ujeshbhai Shah, Ketanbhai Nahar.
Organized by the JITO Vapi Ladies Wing, under the dynamic leadership of Mrs. Ruchi Mehta, Chairperson, and Mrs. Abhipsha Shah, Chief Secretary, & entire Committee of JITO Vapi Ladies Wing the event witnessed enthusiastic participation and support. The initiative was guided by the vision and leadership of Mr. Abhay Nahar, Chairman of JITO Vapi Chapter, and Mr. Sandip Shah, ensuring a seamless execution.
The stalls at the Nashta Galli and Haat Bazaar were allocated entirely free of cost, providing Jain women with a golden opportunity to display and sell their handcrafted and curated products without incurring any financial burden. The initiative aligns with JITO’s mission of fostering entrepreneurial spirit and economic independence within the Jain community.
The bustling bazaar was a vibrant showcase of talent, creativity, and entrepreneurship, drawing visitors and patrons from across Vapi. The initiative was lauded as a milestone in promoting women-led businesses and empowering Jain women to achieve financial self-reliance.
Speaking at the event, Mrs. Mandakini Shah highlighted the importance of providing such platforms to women, stating, “This initiative is more than a marketplace; it is a step towards empowering women to take charge of their financial futures. It is heartening to see such overwhelming participation and support.”
